Hello Friends!
Thought I would throw a quick post in today to let you know how my week went. As many of you know, I have been following the Weight Watchers plan while watching my carbs & sugars like the BFC plan. Well, last week I was disappointed @ my weigh in because I had gained .2#. Well, it fueled my fire to mix it up so I tried the simply filling plan that WW also has to follow. (You can do points plus or simply Filling Technique). Basically, its eating whole unprocessed foods. Well I am happy to report that I have lost 3.2# this week for a total of 23.2# with WW and a total since last March now of 28.2#! I officially weigh exactly 190# and I am going to be in the 180s next week!!!I am so excited!! I also reached a WW milestone today of losing 10% of your body weight. In all the years I tried WW I have never reached my 5% OR my 10% goal. They give you a nice key chain and charms that you earn along the way.My leader Pam is just awesome and she is so supportive and kind! I feel blessed to have her and she lives & breathes the plan having kept her weight off for over 20 yrs now. I am so excited to be less than 2# away from having 25# off now!!! People have really been noticing, my clothes are getting very baggy, I am down a whole size is scrubs at work and I am starting to see the difference...its a GREAT feeling!!!!
My daughter left for a 5 day spring training trip in Florida with her school for softball. She was packing last night & wanted to know the weight of her suitcase. She wanted to get on MY scale with it!! I was like, NO WAY!!! It already had a crack in it and that could really break it. Well, hubby thinking he was so smart says "I'll do it". I gave him a look and guess what? He lost his footing and broke my scale!!! OMG, was I mad!!!! So at 8:45 pm last night, here I am running to bed bath & beyond to buy a new one. I actually think it is more accurate and I used my 20% off coupon and got it for $33.00. Not too bad.
So that's it for me today. Lots to do so I better get a move on! Hope you are all well. Sorry I have been MIA lately. Just been so busy with work, the kids & I am getting new ceramic tile laid this coming week so I need to do some cleaning and put some things in the basement. My job for tonite. Tomorrow, spending the day with my two sisters. :) We are going to Trader Joe's in Cleveland and then going out to lunch. It is gonna be alot of fun!!! I love my sisters!!!!
Have a great weekend & keep in touch & leave a comment to let me know how you are doing.

ReplyDeleteEnjoy your day -)
Hi, I;m new to your blog, but ironically I am trying to do the same thing, follow ww and the bfc.I still agree with the BFC, but find that I overeat things like cheese and nuts. Do you still count your sugars and carbs as well as your points? Have you added fruits back into your diet? I just haven't had the success with weight loss on the BFC, although I don't have cravings and binges since I started watching my sugars.
