Hello friends!

Sorry I havent posted in a while. I just havent had much to say (believe it or not) & havent felt like being on the computer. I still am feeling very motivated even after my weigh in this past Sat where I gained .2# (4 ozs!!) I am on a mission this week to hit that dang 10% come hell or high water. I told my sister today that if I have to amputate something, Im gonna! (lol..Just kidding!) I looked in my WW book today and I have been in the 190s decade since JANUARY!!! I mean, come on Sherri!! Get with it!! I hadn't realized that I had been lingering this long in the 190s and I am bound and determined to get into those 180s!! Tired of dilly dallying!! In 2 months it is going ot be June and I want to look somewhat decent wearing my shorts & capris and all the cute tops I havent been able to wear in years. So I havent fallen off the wagon by any means.....just not in the mood to post lately.

I hope you are all doing great and I have been thinking about you!!!
Have a good week & please keep in touch!!

Sherri

  1. Hi Sherri, I totally understand not wanting to post. I think that maybe if you stop being so hard on yourself that the weight will come pouring off. Remember my weight goes up and down all the time. I just know you can do this! :-)

  2. You can do it Sherri! :) I know you can. Just my suggestion maybe try the super cleanse if you have any digestion issues. I agree with Rosalie don't be so hard on yourself. Just relax and make your eating as routine and simple as you can and I am sure it will start coming off again. I am way to hard on myself too and when I relax more and just eat something simple with in BFC allowance, I notice the weight comes off better. Good luck !! ((hugs))

  5. You could do like I did, and not see those numbers change in a month or two, then loosen up a little, drink a few too many latte's, and see the scale go up 7 pounds! But if you're asking me I think you should just do what Sherri does best - keep that pedal to the medal. Vavoom Mama!

  6. You can do it! Think Summer!!! We had snow here last night, it makes it hard to think Summer...but I am sure trying!

  7. Sherri, remember kiddo, Where the Mind Goes, The Body Follows, so stay positive, don't let the numbers frustrate you. Keep on keeping on. Follow your plan, no matter what those numbers say.

So many issues affect the scale, and if truth be told, scales are not the most accurate measures of what is happening with our bodies. If you keep on keeping on, my own experience says that the scale will catch up with your intention.

And you could just be having an off week. Check your food diary, how are you doing? Is exercise part of your plan? If so, how is it going?

My final piece of advice involves prayer. Let God help you on your way.

You will get there my friend, and no matter what size you are this summer, you will be beautiful. (())

  8. Sherri, I know that feeling about not feeling like posting. I like you have been in the 190's for way to long. I have been there since the end of Dec. I hope they figure out what is wrong with me soon just so I can feel normal and get back to the gym. I know you will do it sister you are doing so awesome!
